Step out of your comfort zone

There is a weird vibe around at the moment. It seems that most people including myself seem to be feeling frustrated at the moment, not with anything specific but just with Life. Maybe you the same, its kind of a strange feeling where you are just, OK. That things are fine but that it’s a little harder to just do the normal things and that possibly you missing that “spark” that excitement is missing.

The good news is that I think it’s just the beginning of the year blues, I think normally there is a lot of change that happens at the beginning of the year and change is always a strange feeling for most of us. Here is how I think we can all survive this time. Plan something exciting, like something crazy. Skydiving, Bungee Jumping, Ostrich riding. It is a JUMPSTART to the system, gives you something to look forward to, if you don’t money to do something, make it something simple,  enter a 21km or climb table mountain, learn to surf.

Get busy living, find something outside of your day to day life to think about or plan. Everything we do is a choice, even if it doesn’t feel like it, it is always a choice. Be aware of you doing and what you choosing to do. Now get out there and start smiling, be happier, greet and wave to more people today and make a small difference even to 1 person, that 1 person might have been you today that somebody else chooses to help.
