As you know i have a Bike brand called Black Spade Racing and we are launching 29er Mountain bikes soon. I thought i would share the process with you a little bit here. This is the base layers of paint done and next they put my logo’s and branding on and then put clear coat.
Takes 10 days believe it or not as the oven bake it too to make sure the paint sticks well.
So as you know i recently started my own brand of Bicycles called Black Spade Racing I have a very simple policy on pricing too, All frames are R 10 999 whether it be Road or MTB or TT. And all wheels are R 8999 incl 43g Titanium Skewers and Carbon brake blocks. I thought this approach make it easier for all of us to understand and it doesn’t leave everybody confused. Here is the example of our current Road Bike all built up by a recent customer. We also have a custom option on the website where you can custom design and spray your own set of wheels or frame for a little extra. All products come with a 2 year warranty too.
Every set of Black Spade Racing wheels will now come with TITANIUM skewers which weigh only 43.4g at no extra cost to you the client.
So any Wheelset still at only R 8 999.99
So i will be doing a limited number of these frames as 2011 stock lines. So if you looking for a great piece of machinery that isnt going to cost you a arm and a leg then let me know
But they are going to end up looking like this. Black from the sides, but the under carriage will be red as well as inside of the forks, making to look like a red bike from the front.
Will also have red strip going down the seatstay and inside of the chain stays so it looks red from the back. I cant wait to see one in real life
