I have so many people around me at the moment that are so negative, like they are the only ones in life who has problems. I know so many other people who like me have huge drama going on in their lives and yet they keep a positive out look on life and just keep on trucking.
Take a moment here, pause and think about which one you are. I mean really think and be completely honest with yourself are you my friend number 1 or are you friend number 2. If you still not sure, call me and i will tell you which one you are.
Life is what we make it, i have been very fortunate over the last 8 months to be able to tick a lot of things off my MUST DO BEFORE I DIE LIST, how many have you ticked.
And here in lies my challenge for you today, stop bitching and start doing. Stop being that guy that has every excuse under the sun why you cant or not doing something, stop watching life go bye from your TV couch, get out there and make things happen.
Then when you doing it, stop and take a picture, or even a mental one. This picture moved me when i saw it as it reminded me of my best friend, Raoul de Jongh, Urban Ninja, him and i rode from George to Cape town , unassisted on MTB with only a Garmin in December, through 40deg heat with only a small back pack. At the time i also had a huge stomach virus from North Africa but got through it all with a smile on my face.
