Here are some numbers that might give you an idea of just how crazy this infinite pool’s architect was when he or she conceived it.
55…that’s the number of floors up in the air that you’ll be swimming should you be lucky enough to stay and swim at the Marina Bay Sands Skypark Hotel in Singapore…which recently opened for business.
3…That’s the number of number of lengths of an Olympic pool you could swim at the Skypark hotel’s new pool before you’d have to do a flip turn.
6…as in $6 billion…the amount of money it cost to construct the hotel making it the world’s most expensive hotel, and easily surpassing the previous record of $3 billion held by Abu Dhabi’s Emirates Palace Hotel.
And just in case you are wondering.
No…the water does not fall over the edge and onto unsuspecting pedestrians in Singapore.
Yes…this is the world’s biggest pool at 55 floors in the air. But you probably already guessed that.
I go and check Everyman Tri quite a bit and i found this image.
The seven time Tour de France winner appears on the cover wearing a T-shirt that reads, “38. BFD.”
The “38.” stands for Armstrong’s age and the “BFD.” stands for “big f—ing deal.”
Got to love this guy if for nothing else his total attitude against LIFE.
